Planning and Preparation
I remember my dietitian saying that in order to change my lifestyle I had to plan and prepare. This is so true with everything you do. I haven't done this for a long time now, so that's why everything becomes overwhelming to me. I'm working on making these changes. A slow progression but one that will come to fruition. I'm really ready to eat that elephant one bite at a time. I am going to prepare three days worth of meals so that I am not rushing when I have to have lunch or dinner ready for Fee and me. I am also going to make a list of projects that I want to start or finish. I have to make a large calendar or grid and have it laminated so I can write down my weekly or monthly task. I will have it in plain sight. It will help me remember. Until tomorrow . . .
