Busy Day . . .

Got up late, should've been up at 6:30 that would have given me enough time to thoroughly write my morning pages. Anyway I did write a little before I had to leave out and take my mom to the podiatrist and she also had to have a CT scan. Which had to be done at the hospital. I'm so glad that everything in a close proximity to where she lives. Podiatrist appointment was at 9:15 and the CT scan was at 11:30. What are we going to do for an hour? Well we hadn't had breakfast, so to DD we went. We went to the Kosher DD down the street from the podiatrist. Oh, by the way her feet are okay. My mom's diabetic so visiting the foot doctor several times a year will be preventive care for her. When we got the hospital she had to register at the out-patient area before she went downstairs for the scan. We had know idea that she would have to drink some liquid stuff before she could have the scan. She was told that she had to drink three cups every forty-five minutes. Oh no! we were going to be there all day, however we only had to wait for an hour and she only had to drink one and a half cups of stuff. She frowned up while she was drinking it. Boy was she happy when this was over. So off to the grocery store another event that has to be done for her, but this time she wanted to go home instead of coming with us to the store. Off to the house we go. I drop her off and then to Shop Rite we go, my sisters and I. I can't believe that we spent over two hours in the grocery store, that's what happens when you don't have a list. I was tired and hungry. They tell you not to go shopping we you are hungry because you will buy things you don't need; So true! Finally finished, checked out and of course I spent more than I was suppose to. No more shopping for me. Dropped off my sister and off to my house we (Fajer and I) go. Carry bags out of the car, upstairs, now comes the most exciting part, ha ha ha yeah, I'm just kidding; putting away the food. Not only do I put away the food but now I have to fix a late lunch early dinner for my sister and I. It never stops! So as I sit and type this entry I'm having my lunchdinner. The day's not over tonight I go quilt with the seniors. I really like working with the ladies; helping them with their quilt projects. Maybe when I get back I can knit a little or start crocheting that hat. So until tomorrow that's if the Lord spares me tonight. :)
